The Mohair mattress – for firm support The Angora goat, whose lustrous long silky fleece has been revered for centuries, provides the most luxurious tufting of all. Mohair’s durability and softness make it the perfect material for this superior bed. Two layers of coir give the mattress added support and breathability; and for the finest spring we use Chinese horsetail hair. Mattress makers have long appreciated the resilience of horsetail hair, as the best natural spring comes from the longest natural fibre.
